Welcome to My Dog Activities, Training & Behaviour
We are based in Adisham, just outside of Canterbury in Kent (click HERE for Google Maps link). We train 5 days a week and have 80-90 dogs train with us most weeks. We have a purpose designed training barn with astroturf, 2nd training room and outside areas. We are highly qualified with modern, science-based training techniques and have a wide range of training and behaviour modification options to suit most dogs.
We believe that training and behaviour modification are not separate but come hand in hand and that the emotional wellbeing of our dogs should be considered at all times. We aim to have a holistic, dog centred approach towards supporting you and your dog/s. As well as continued development and learning in canine subjects we hold teaching qualifications allowing us to be effective teachers for both you and your canine companions.
We also have multiple activities you and your dog can take part in from sniffwork to swimming.

Force Free, Fear Free
We always put your dogs welfare at the centre of all we do here. The training we do is force free, fear free and reward based. We will always work at the speed your dogs are comfortable with and ensure they are enjoying their experiences with any training they participate in. We have a positive 'say yes' ethos at My Dog Activity Training and aim to build confidence in every dog and handler. All the training can be adapted to suit the individual dogs and handlers.
Fun Training For All
We run various different training courses starting throughout the year. Most of the training is suitable for all age and breeds of dogs, as long as they are fully vaccinated. Dogs for agility need to be a little older.
Train for fun and to build a stronger relationship with your dog. Or, perhaps work towards an award in trick training or a competition with your dog while you do it. Try one training activity, or try them all. Individual 121 training is also available.
Qualified and Experienced
Run by a caring, positive and creative instructor the classes give you a chance to master the basics, try different activities and excel.
I have a level 5 dog behaviour management qualifications, am a qualified Trick Dog Instructor and have completed training with Scentwork UK.
I am a qualified teacher resulting in clear and effective instructions and progress for all.
Purposely Designed Training Space
We have both an indoor and outdoor training space. The indoor barn has an astroturf floor, lighting and heating. We are fully equipped for all the activities on offer. We also have a secure outdoor grass training area.
